Meet The Builder:

David Milstead, President and Owner of Milstead Construction, currently serves as president of the Shenandoah Valley Builders Association. Additionally, he is a past president and life director of the organization. David has served as Chairman of the Rockingham County Planning Commission, and also on the Board of Directors for the Bridgewater Volunteer Rescue Squad. David and his family attend the Briery Branch Church of the Brethren where David has served as Chairman of the Remodeling Committee. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends, meeting new people, being active in the community, and supporting his children at their various activities.
