Judy has over 20 years experience in real estate. She began her career in construction and land development assisting her husband David in building his business, Milstead Construction. To date, Milstead Construction has provided hundreds of families in the Shenandoah Valley with quality, affordable housing. Judy also serves as the Property Manager for Milstead Rental Properties and is a Certified Interior Design Specialist. In May 2006 she obtained her Virginia real estate sales license.

After growing up around the business and becoming interested in real estate, Sonya obtained her Virginia real estate license in May 2006. She graduated from Virginia Tech in May 2009 with degrees in Management and Marketing and will graduate with a Master of Business Administration degree from Virginia Tech in May 2011.
