Judy Milstead and her daughter Sonya are local girls. They both grew up in the Shenandoah Valley and have lived here their entire lives. They have been and continue to be highly involved in the community.

The Dream Team knows the area quite well and enjoy helping people looking to move into the area.

Judy and Sonya have a passion for working with people and helping them meet their needs from brand new home owners to those looking for a retirement home.  

Why the Dream Team?

Judy has over 20 years experience in real estate which began in construction as she assisted her husband David in building his business, Milstead Construction. Her experience expanded into building developments and owning rentals.  

Sonya grew up around the business and became interested in real estate. She began her real estate pursuit while completing her business degree from Virginia Tech.

With Sonya’s youthful energy and Judy’s experience the Dream Team was born and is ready to work for you.
